Our Mission

Northridge Retirement Center was established to provide quality, affordable housing for low-income seniors. We believe that safe, stable housing is the cornerstone of a healthy life — and that every resident deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

Our community is funded in part through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), enabling us to offer below-market rents to income-eligible households while maintaining high standards of property management and resident services.

From responsive maintenance to community programming, we are committed to making Northridge a place where residents feel at home — not just housed.
