Maintenance & Repairs

Submit a Maintenance Request

For non-emergency repairs, contact the management office during business hours. Our maintenance team will schedule a time to address your request promptly.

Emergency Maintenance

For urgent issues such as water leaks, no heat, or electrical hazards, contact the office immediately. After-hours emergencies are handled by our on-call staff.

Rent & Payments

Rent Payment

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Please contact the management office for accepted payment methods and to discuss any questions about your rent amount or payment schedule.

Income Recertification

As a HUD-assisted community, residents are required to complete an annual income recertification. Our staff will notify you in advance and guide you through the process.

Community Policies

Pet Policy

Northridge Retirement Center is pet friendly. Please contact the management office for details on pet size restrictions, deposits, and community pet rules.

Guest Policy

Residents are welcome to have guests. Extended stays must be reported to management in accordance with your lease agreement. Please refer to your lease for full guest policy details.

Quiet Hours

Out of respect for all residents, quiet hours are observed in the evenings. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact the office for specific quiet hour times.

Health & Wellness

Area Medical Services

Lamesa is served by Lamesa Medical Center and several local clinics. Our office can provide a list of nearby healthcare providers and pharmacies upon request.

Senior Services of West Texas

Senior Services of West Texas offers a range of programs for older adults including transportation, meals, and social services. Contact them for more information on available programs.

Community Activities

Activity Calendar

Resident activities and events are posted on the community bulletin board in the activity building. Stop by the office to learn about upcoming programs and social events.

Community Spaces

Residents are welcome to use the dining/game room, library, activity building, picnic area, and outdoor spaces. Please follow posted guidelines for shared space usage.
